What we collect, why, and how we protect it.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Agentsforce ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, buy the Product or contact us, and how we use it. We keep it to the minimum we need.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase details. When you buy, we receive your name, email address, billing country and order details from our payment processor.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and what you wrote.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure.
What we don't collect: the Product runs on your own computer inside Claude Code. It doesn't send us your code, prompts, files or any information about your projects.
2. Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details go straight to them. We never see or store your full card number.
3. How we use your information
- to deliver the Product and any updates;
- to answer your questions and handle problems with your purchase;
- to prevent fraud and keep the site secure;
- to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run the business, such as payment, hosting and email providers, and only for that purpose;
- authorities, when the law requires it;
- a buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or transferred.
5. Cookies and third-party content
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy first.
6. How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as needed to give you access to the Product and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. We keep support emails only as long as they're useful for helping you. You can ask us to delete information we're not required to keep.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email completestackk@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Agentsforce isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
10. International transfers
Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
