Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you buy and use Agentsforce.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your purchase and use of Agentsforce, a collection of specialist agents, skills and templates for Claude Code (the "Product"), and this website. "Agentsforce", "we" and "us" mean the people who make and sell the Product. By buying or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use it.

1. What you're buying

When you pay for Agentsforce, you get a license to download, install and use the Product under these Terms. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You don't become the owner of the Product or the intellectual property in it.

2. Your license

You may:

  • install and use the Product in your own projects and in projects you work on for clients, including commercial work;
  • edit and adapt the Product's files for your own use.

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the Product, or any substantial part of it, whether modified or not. This includes public code repositories, marketplaces and competing kits;
  • share your download access with people who haven't bought their own license.

Your license is personal to you and can't be transferred.

3. Payment and delivery

The price is shown at checkout and is paid once. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and its own terms apply to the payment. Taxes may be added depending on where you live. After payment, you receive access to the Product digitally.

4. Updates

We may release improvements and updates. We're not obliged to, but any updates we make available to you are covered by these Terms.

5. Problems with your purchase

If something isn't working or you have a problem with your purchase, email us at completestackk@gmail.com and we'll work with you to sort it out. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

6. Claude, Claude Code and other services

The Product works inside Claude Code. You need your own access to Claude Code and any related Anthropic plan, and your use of them is governed by Anthropic's terms, not ours. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their availability, pricing or changes.

Agentsforce is an independent product. It isn't made, affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. "Claude", "Claude Code" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Product to:

  • break any law or help anyone else do so;
  • create or spread malware, spam or phishing;
  • access or attack systems you don't own or don't have permission to test;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

8. You're responsible for the results

The Product guides an AI system. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and agents can edit files and run commands in your project. Always review changes before you use or ship them, keep your work in version control, and keep backups. You're responsible for your projects and for anything you deploy.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Product and the content of this website. Your code, content and projects remain yours. We don't claim any rights in work you create using the Product.

10. No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Ending your license

If you break these Terms, your license ends automatically. You must then stop using the Product and delete your copies.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Product after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
